SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping is free on all orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged an additional $6.95 for Standard Shipping.

Most orders will take 2-6 business days to arrive from the date ordered.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be considered placed the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be aware that the Return Policy exclusively pertains to products that have been bought from www.pandoessentials.com and not from other online or physical stores. If you have purchased items from a different vendor, you are advised to refer to their return policy.

For unopened items bought from www.pandoessentials.com, a complete refund can be obtained within 30 days of the purchase. However, please note that the expense of the return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card used for the order. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.

In case of damaged or incorrectly shipped items, the purchaser may request a return or exchange at no cost within 30 days of the purchase, unless there are justifiable reasons why this is not possible.
